A residential project in Lanaudière with a refined architecture and a reduced ecological footprint

Nestled in the heart of unspoilt nature in the Lanaudière region an hour from Montreal, Opale is an exclusive project integrating 22 small chalets with minimalist architecture and whimsical design. The chalets are the result of a design developed in close collaboration with Janson Construction, Ramacierie Soligo and Ébénisterie Atelier 13.

Opale consulted with us because they needed a brochure to send to prospective buyers. The piece was meant to be inspirational and allow readers to grasp the tone and values of the project that is focused on community and family. The client also needed a website to serve as the core of their marketing effort.

We have produced communication tools that are colourful, textured and whimsical and make Opale stand out from other development projects. They express the unique character of the project and invite to unwind and connect with the tranquil rhythms of the natural world.
